This is a guideline for timing, the day may run a little early or late.

Information will be shared in this group in the lead up to the event, including; Interclub location details, schedules and proposed timing, canteen and BBQ menus, gift shop information, as well as details of both the online raffle and the raffle that will be running throughout the two-day event. During the event, further updates will be posted, including results from each heat and, most importantly real-time timing updates across both days. 

CLUBS ATTENDING: Emerald Hills, Gladesville Ryde, Pinnacle, The Point, Wallarah Point, Wollongong City

SPECTATOR FEE:  $10 (under 15 free). Cash and FTPOS facilitates will be available

PARKING: Available on surrounding streets, with walking access to the school from Gate 8, Isaac Street and Gate 1, Samuel Street.

CANTEEN: BBQ with many options, as well as sweet & savoury treats available. There will also be a coffee van for both days.

PHOTOS / VIDEOS: Please take photos ONLY once your competitor has left the floor. There will be an area dedicated with a backdrop, ready for every club to take their own photos and capture the fun memories of the Interclub. There will be an area set aside to video your child from the back of the hall. 

APPEARANCE RULES: All competitors must arrive ready to compete where possible. No hairspray to be used in the hall, however there is a very big outside area for hair etc if required. BJP appearance rules will be adhered to in all cases.
