Club Uniform Policy

Dancers should be able to move freely without restriction. Wearing the appropriate clothing means teachers can easily see the way the body is moving. This helps them to correct alignment and posture and prevent injury.

Class Uniform

Junior, Senior, and Ladies must wear one of the below options to class.

• GR Physie Singlet or T-shirt with either bike shorts or leggings
• BJP Leotard
• BJP Performance wear
• Other fitted active wear

Performance Wear is available to purchase from the BJP Physie Shop. There is also a BJP leotard buy and sell Facebook page where you can purchase second hand leotards and performance wear from other BJP Physie members around Australia.

Preschoolers must wear either a leotard (without skirt/tutu) or a fitted t-shirt or singlet with either bike shorts or leggings. No baggy clothing, dresses, skirts, or denim.

Long hair must be tied back, and please remember to bring a water bottle.

Competitions

For individual competitions all girls are required to wear an official BJP leotard or performance wear. Performance Wear and Leotards are purchased from the BJP Physie Shop.

For junior team competitions members are required purchase a Black Demi Top and Black Leggings from the BJP Performance Wear Range

For ladies team competitions members are required to purchase their own BJP Performance Wear. The Teaching Team will advise on the style required.

Attendance at Competitions

All members should wear their GR Physie track suit over their Leotard or Performance Wear.
