All Seniors competing at Sydney Olympic Park, MUST complete the online sign-up form. This mandatory sign-up ensures BJP maintains an accurate list of competitors for each event.

NOTE: NOVICE - OPENS 19-22 MARSHALLING WILL  CLOSE AT 8:45AM, NOT 9:15AM

• Please arrive dressed and ready to compete. Changerooms downstairs will be for toileting only.
• Collect your pre-allocated number outside on Reception Level 2 at the Registration Desk.
• Enter via glass doors Reception Level 2 and go straight to your marshalling area at the advised time.
• Competitors may only leave marshalling area to go to audience if not chosen for semis or final.
• Senior girls in 13 years - 2nd year Seniors will be pre-divided into 2 sections by BJP prior to the event.

• When you arrive in your marshalling area, find your pre-allocated heat and have your name marked off.
• If you leave your marshalling area, you will not be paged and cannot change heats if you miss yours.
• Heats, and semis in each section will run on the same square.
• Any competitors who do not proceed to a semi-final may either leave to go home or may enter the audience seating on level 3 to watch the remainder of their session. (No ticket required for this).
• Access to go upstairs for competitors who wish to watch will be via the ramp (not the stairs) near Hall of Legends. This will take you past the café on Level 2, then proceed up to Level 3 via the internal stairs.

• Tickets for each session can be pre-purchased online via Eventbrite (link above).
• On event day, tickets can be purchased at the box office (or online).
• Seating is not allocated but there will be plenty of seating around the whole arena.
• We have been advised that, at this stage, the venue plans to have a café open at each event.
• Audience will receive a wristband to correspond with the session/s they are attending.
