MEETING POINT

Gladesville Ryde Teaching Team will meet all girls at the bottom of the ramp to the right, towards the traffic lights. If you're not familiar with the venue, google maps is your friend - refer to image below. There will be lots of clubs meeting at the same place, we will have our banner.

The girls will enter the venue with their teachers and will remain with Miss Janelle and Miss Sam until the conclusion of their age group session. 

ARRIVAL & START TIMES

• 5&6 Years: Arrive 8am. Competition starts at 9am
• 7&8 Years: Arrive at 10am. Competition starts at 11am
• 9&10 Years: Arrive at 12pm. Competition starts at 1pm
• 11&12 Years: Arrive at 2pm. Competition starts at 3pm

7 & 8 Years	Competing 5/8 in section 2 of 3 sections
9 & 10 Years	Competing 6/7 in section 1 of 2 sections

ARRIVAL 

Girls must be at the meeting point at their designated arrival time and if there are any issues in the morning contact us via the WhatsApp Group. We will be able to monitor this channel as a collective teaching team rather than individual messages or calls. If the issue is urgent or private, call Miss Janelle or Miss Sam direct. There are no options to wait for teams. If we are late or not ready we miss our turn on the floor. 

DEPARTURE

Girls are not permitted to leave until all Clubs have competed and the presentations have taken place for their age group.

Girls will be returned to their parents at the meeting point at the conclusion of the session.

WHAT TO WEAR

• Arrive wearing black team leotard with hair done as per dress rehearsal.  
• Teachers will attach bows / head pieces.
• Wear Club uniform, singlets, jackets etc. If you don't have a club uniform please wear black shorts / tights and black t-shirt - no denim, skirts, dresses etc. Girls need to be able to warm up properly.
• Please make sure all clothing is labelled with a name.
• Wear enclosed shoes to and from the venue - no thongs or dressy shoes; girls may need to move quickly!
• Remove all jewellery, including earrings and no polish is to be worn on fingers or toes. If earrings cannot be removed, they must be covered with a band-aid

WHAT TO BRING

• A water bottle labelled with your name
• Light nutritious food – must be nut-free. For girls competing in two teams, please ensure you have sufficient to sustain you between sessions.
• Only SMALL, lightweight bags as the girls will be required to carry their bag everywhere they go
• Girls are welcome to bring a book / colouring as long as they can carry it themselves

TICKETS

• This is a ticketed event and tickets can be pre-purchased online via Eventbrite: Click Here
• Tickets can be purchased online or at the box office on the day. 
• Seating is not allocated but there will be plenty of seating around the whole arena.
• We have been advised that the venue plans to have a café open at each event.
• Audience will receive a wristband to correspond with the session/s they are attending.
