VENUE: Green Point Christian College, 382 Avoca Drive, Green Point

START TIME: 9am sharp!

CLUBS ATTENDING: Brisbane Water United, Gladesville Ryde, Merewether, North Rocks, North Ryde, Sefton, Taree Great Lakes, The Entrance, Upper Hunter, Winston Hills

SPECTATOR FEE:  $5 (Children under 5 free)

PROGRAM: There will be posters around the hall with a QR code to download your program.  

CANTEEN: Full canteen with hot and cold food (inc vegetarion options) located inside the hall. BBQ, including breakfast, outside. There will not be a scheduled lunch break as there will be three judges.

VENUE FACILITIES:  There is a small hall adjacent to the main hall where you can stretch, dress, do make up and use hairspray. ABSOLUTELY NO HAIRSPRAY TO BE USED IN THE HALL. There is a second hall across the path from the hall for make-up and hair.

There is a small kitchen to heat up wheat bags, babies bottles etc if needed. This cannot be done in the main hall. The marshalling will be inside the hall, upstairs on the mezzanine level.

Please keep all areas tidy and place rubbish in the bins provided.

RAFFLE: There will be a silent raffle and an announcement will be made once drawn. It will be up to everyone to go to the table and see if they have won. You will be asked for your name and club on the tickets, not phone numbers.

MERCHANDISE: Items for sale include club bears, drawstring  physie bags, coffee & wine sets, inspirational quote charm bracelets and more. Clubs have also been invited to sell 2nd hand leotards and performance wear.

PHOTOS / VIDEOS: Videoing and taking photos will be permitted from the back of the hall only and of the photographer's relative only. There will be a designated area at the back of the hall. NO FLASH photography which includes iPhone lights.

PARKING: Ample parking within the school grounds and outside.
