NUMBERS: Please collect your number from your class teacher when you arrive.

SPECTATOR FEE:  $5.00 (Children under 5 free) NOTE: Cash is preferred on the day, eft will also be available.

PARKING: Please allow plenty of travel time, there is an onsite car park however spots are limited spots. There is plenty of street parking.

CANTEEN: Food & Coffee Van and cake stall.

PHOTOS / VIDEOS: Videoing and taking photos will be permitted from the back of the hall only and of the photographer's relative only as per BJP rules. NO FLASH photography which includes iPhone lights. No photos after the presentation of the heat - please make use of the photo wall. 

VENUE INFO:  No hairspray to be used within the hall.

RAFFLE: There will be a Raffle & Hundreds Board. Raffle prizes include:
