START TIME: 9am sharp

CLUBS ATTENDING: Adelaide, Belrose, Berala United, Brisbane Water United, Epping, Gladesville Ryde, Oakhill Cherrybrook, Rouse Hill, Speers Point

SPECTATOR FEE:  $5 / Children under 4 - Free. Please note: the front row around the hall will be reserved seating for grandparents and great grandparents only.  

VENUE FACILITIES: The Club will be designated an area outside under cover with table and chairs for hair and makeup. All members are to use this area and not inside the hall. There is a strict 'no hairspray in the hall' policy.

ATTTIRE:  BJP rules apply. Leotards and Performance Wear must be the official BJP attire. Hair, makeup and jewellery apply as per the BJP guidelines.

COMPETITOR NUMBERS: Club teachers will give you your number and safety pins. Do not switch numbers as the competitor's name and number will be stated in the program.

PHOTOS / VIDEOS: Videoing and taking photos will be permitted from the back of the hall only and of the photographer's relative only. NO FLASH photography which includes iPhone lights.

CANTEEN: A full canteen will be available including breakfast and sausage sizzle. EFTPOS and Cash accepted

RAFFLE: There will be raffle and numbers board. Cash only.

LEOTARD / PERFORMANCE WEAR SALES: Each Club has been invited to sell 2nd hand leotards / performance wear and may have a rack on the balcony.

 

RUNNING ORDER 

As a guide, each heat takes between 12-18 minutes. Please ensure you arrive with sufficient time for marshalling. There will be no lunch break and heats will be run straight after one another to avoid time delays.
